Warranty

We stand behind our work by offering a lifetime workmanship warranty that extends through the expected life of the installation.

If any installation provided by our team does not meet professional standards, we commit to correcting it free of charge, subject to the following terms:

• Workmanship Warranty: Lifetime Warranty
• Covers the traditional wiring components for up to one year.
• Manufacturer Warranty: Covers materials, including equipment and devices.
• Reporting Issues: PHX must be notified within 30 days of discovering a failed part for warranty coverage.
• Full Warranty (First Year): Parts found defective within 365 days are covered in full, including both replacement parts and installation costs.
• Limited Warranty (After One Year): Defective parts discovered after one year are covered under a limited warranty, which includes the part’s cost but not installation.
• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover light fixtures, lamps, sensors, or ballasts.
• Third-Party Materials: Materials and parts not supplied by PHX are excluded.
• Tampering Void Warranty: Any modifications or tampering with the installation—whether by another electrician or an unauthorized party—will void the warranty.
